Because good food should be commonplace.
A tradition in our home has always been that on your birthday you get to choose whatever you want for dinner. Through the years it has been everything from homemade mac & cheese to tacos, pork tenderloin with fresh pico, or a family recipe for “pounded chicken.”
We all have special dishes that shine at the holiday season or sometimes even a certain Sunday dinner meal made for special guest.
But while we believe that a special recipe to celebrate and mark an occasion is something to savor; we also believe that the good ingredients that make up those treasured dishes ought to be enjoyed at every meal.
So whether it’s our farm fresh eggs, unsurpassed flavorful pork, or delicious pasture raised chicken, we think it has a place on your table 365 days a year.
Because good food should be commonplace.

Our Ethos
To live content with small means; to seek elegance rather than luxury, and refinement rather than fashion; to be worthy, not respectable, and wealthy, not, rich; to listen to stars and birds, babes and sages, with open heart; to study hard; to think quietly, act frankly, talk gently, await occasions, hurry never; in a word, to let the spiritual, unbidden and unconscious, grow up through the common–this is my symphony. ~William Henry Channing
